আউটসোর্সিং করে শূন্য থেকে কোটিপতি

কম্পিউটার ও ইন্টারনেট ব্যবহার করে শূন্য থেকে কোটিপতি হয়েছেন চিরিরবন্দর উপজেলার চিরিরবন্দর গ্রামের মধ্যবিত্ত আবদুস সামাদ সরকারের ছেলে বেলাল সরকার। তিনি এই মাধ্যম ব্যবহার করে বৈদেশিক মুদ্রা আয় করে এ কা- ঘটিয়েছেন। এর আগে বেলালকে নিয়ে চিন্তার শেষ ছিল না বাবা-মার। অভাব-অনটনে চলছিল সংসার। বেলাল বলেন, ছোটবেলা থেকেই কম্পিউটারের প্রতি তার প্রবল আকর্ষণ ছিল। তাই এসএসসি পাসের পর কম্পিউটার প্রশিক্ষণ নেন। এরপর এইচএসসি পাস করে ভাগ্যের অন্বেষণে ঢাকায় পাড়ি জমান। ২০০৩ সালে একটি ফার্মে কয়েক বছর চাকরিও করেন। এ সময় মোকতাদির হোসেন শিখর নামে এক গিটার শিক্ষকের কাছে গিটার শিখতে গিয়ে তার সঙ্গে সুসম্পর্ক গড়ে ওঠে। তারই অনুপ্রেরণায় এবং সাহায্যে প্রথমে ঢাকায় ছোট পরিসরে একটি ফার্ম গড়ে তোলেন। এর কয়েক বছর পর ২০০৯ সালে রংপুরে উচ্চ গতিসম্পন্ন ইন্টারনেট সুবিধা চলে আসে। বেলাল তখন তার ফার্মটি রংপুরের একটি ভাড়া বাড়িতে স্থানান্তর করেন। এরপর তার গ্রামেই উচ্চগতির ইন্টারনেট চালু হলে ফার্মটি চিরিরবন্দরে নিজ বাড়িতে নিয়ে আসেন। বর্তমানে এই ফার্মটিতেই তিন শিফটে ৫০ জনের বেশি ছেলে ও মেয়ে তার অধীনে চাকরি করে জীবিকা নির্বাহ করছেন। তারা ক্যাটাগরি অনুযায়ী ৪ হাজার থেকে ১৬ হাজার টাকা আয় করছেন। বেলাল সরকারকে এখন সব কাজে সহযোগিতা করছেন তার সহধর্মিণী শামিমা নাসরিন। বেলাল জানান, বর্তমানে তিনি মার্কিন যুক্তরাষ্ট্র, যুক্তরাজ্য, ডেনমার্ক, সুইডেন, কানাডা, জার্মানি, ইংল্যান্ড, নেদারল্যান্ডস, অস্ট্রেলিয়াসহ বিভিন্ন দেশে ফটোশপ ও ই-বুক ডিজাইনের কাজ সরবরাহ করছেন এবং আয় করছেন বৈদেশিক মুদ্রা। বেলাল আরও জানান, তথ্যপ্রযুক্তি, ইন্টারনেট ও কম্পিউটার ব্যবহারের মাধ্যমেও যে সুপ্রতিষ্ঠিত হওয়া সম্ভব তার প্রমাণ তিনি নিজে। এখন আর তাকে পেছন ফিরে তাকাতে হয় না। বর্তমানে তিনি চিরিরবন্দরে পাঁচ তলা বাড়ি করেছেন। এলাকার ছেলেমেয়েদের বেকারত্ব দূরীকরণে সহায়তা করতে নিজ বাড়িতে ক্লিপিংবিডি নামে আউটসোর্সিং ব্যবসা প্রতিষ্ঠান গড়ে তুলেছেন। সমাজের অসহায় ও দুস্থ লোকদের সাহায্য করার জন্য তিনি একটি দাতব্য তহবিলও চালু করেছেন, যার অর্থ দিয়ে প্রতি বছর শীতকালে দরিদ্র ও অসহায় লোকদের মধ্যে শীতবস্ত্র বিতরণ করছেন। বেলাল সরকার জানান, আধুনিক তথ্যপ্রযুক্তি, ইন্টারনেট ও কম্পিউটার ব্যবহারের মাধ্যমে সমাজ থেকে বেকারত্ব, অর্থনৈতিক সমস্যা দূরীকরণ এবং এই অঞ্চলের শিক্ষার্থীদের তথ্যপ্রযুক্তি ও কম্পিউটার শিক্ষার প্রতি আগ্রহ সৃষ্টির লক্ষ্যে প্রতি রবিবার তিনি ফ্রি ইন্টারনেট ও কম্পিউটার ব্যবহারের ব্যবস্থা করেছেন। এর ফলে যে কোনো বিদ্যালয়ের শিক্ষার্থীরা এদিন এখানে এসে কম্পিউটার ও ইন্টারনেট ব্যবহার এবং অনলাইন ও ভিডিও টিউটরিয়াল দেখার মাধ্যমে পাঠ্যপুস্তকের বিভিন্ন সমস্যার সমাধান করতে পারছে।
